Three Bears Lawn Care, a family-owned business in Hayward, Wisconsin, has turned a small project initiated during the Covid-19 pandemic into a thriving enterprise. Founded in 2020 by Curtis DeCora, the company was created to teach his pre-teen children, a 12-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old son, the foundational principles of entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Today, Three Bears Lawn Care services over 40 clients, providing full property maintenance to condo associations, resorts, vacation rentals, retail, and other commercial properties.

Started off a project, turned into flourishing enterprise in just 21 days.  Our story was featured in the Milwaukee Journal, Minneapolis Star Tribune, then picked up by regional affiliates of NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox, USA Today, and the Digital Journal.
